Prof. Durdağı brings decades of expertise in computational chemistry, molecular modeling, and drug design, combining academic rigor with entrepreneurial vision. He has founded several startups in Boston and Istanbul specializing in computer-aided drug design. As founder of Istanbul MedChem, Prof. Durdağı has spent the past 5+ years partnering with several US venture-capital firms and their portfolio biotechs from in silico design through preclinical and into early clinical, completing 20+ projects, several of which advanced to IND-enabling packages and IND filings.
